Automated buffing is the primary flow path. |

Flexible, computer controlled robots load, un-load, and perform polishing operations. |

In this instance, polishing cells called rotaries hold 8 wheels and perform 7 operations simultaneously. The wheels are loaded and un-loaded while the buffing is performed. |

Stations manned by 6-axis robots perform buffing operations. |
| |
Superior finish and luster are achieved through these automated processes. |
